We understand how important good service is to you.  We will do everything in our power to provide you with your product/service as promptly as possible.  As you can imagine, keeping everything on the shop floor is not always possible so a substitute brand may be supplied if needed urgently. Or we will order the product you want and it should arrive within a day or two.

Customer Service

Our customer service team are constantly being kept up to date with the latest trends and product development.  Your queries are able to be handled as efficiently as possible, as our staff pride themselves in providing the very best of service.

Ordering Procedures:

Orders are able to be placed via the phone to our internal sales team between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, (local time).

Fax Orders can be sent 24 hours a day.  Fax order forms can be customised to reflect your individual product requirements.

Emailed order facility is available 24 hours a day.

On-line ordering, as an exciting procedure, is available 24 hours a day.  This will allow our customers to view products on-line and down load orders directly to our website.

Deliveries are made in the afternoons 3.30 - 4.30pm or Mornings 8.30 - 9.30am

Orders over $85.00 Free otherwise a $10 freight charge will be applied
